One of my favorite questions to ask people is what they’d do with their time if money were not an issue.

There are a range of responses focused on fun, relaxation, and personal growth; but most frequently people say they would spend a lot of their time working in some way to create a better world.

People want to make a difference. And many would really like to get paid to do it.

One of the sad things about the responses to my question is that most people aren’t doing the work they’d like to be doing. Finding a world-changing career or job that reflects our values and passions, uses our skills, and pays a living wage can be a challenge.
