MOGO (Most Good) Workshops
Live Your Values.
Achieve Global Change.
Choose MOGO.
Creating a humane and sustainable world is not easy. But when you live a life that deeply embodies your values, not only do you help improve the world, you also cultivate your own inner peace and joy.
Imagine discovering your life’s purpose, gaining support, making a difference, and finding joy all at the same time. That’s what our MOGO workshop is all about.
Choosing MOGO not only improves the world, it improves your own life.
There are several keys to living a MOGO life, which include:
- Identifying and living according to your values
- Pursuing joy through service
- Learning to make connections and self reflect
- Modeling your message and working for change
- Finding and creating community
- Taking responsibility
- Striving for balance
You’ll learn to use these keys and to become empowered to make a difference in the healthiest, most sustainable, and most peaceful ways possible.
“Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! By nature I am a ‘quiet advocate,’ trying to do the right things and make the right choices in life – to practice MOGO on some level. This workshop has helped me refocus my energy and desire, to feel okay about my failings to be perfect but encouraged to do better on a daily basis.”
~ Doug Bowie, York, ME
