The World Becomes What You Teach Workshop
January 23, 2010 - 9:00 am
Event Type: Workshops
"Explore what you’re passionate about in education in the context of the pressing global challenges we face. Take time to discuss exciting activities and approaches in your teaching to foster reverence, respect and responsibility as well as creative problem solving for a better world. In the process, we’ll examine how to shape the agenda of schooling today to your own purposes so that you have more tools to help your students become engaged citizens and conscientious choicemakers. This workshop is best for middle and high school teachers."
